Vinyasa (translating to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a gentle rhythm for the practice. This 90 minute guided practice will conclude with restorative meditation and breath work to promote relaxation of the body and the mind.
If you are joining our yoga classes, please come in comfy clothes that you can move in. We will provide mats and props, but you are welcome to bring your own if you have them. We'd recommend that you bring along some water to drink. You can refill reusable bottles at any time in The Mill bar.
